The offer includes a £65.5 million upfront fee, as well as an additional £4.4 million in add-ons. Newcastle is now waiting for Leipzig's response and is confident that they will receive positive news.

However, personal terms with Sesko still need to be discussed. The club sees Sesko as their top target to replace Alexander Isak, who is also being pursued by Liverpool.

Manchester United is also interested in Sesko, but they have yet to make an official offer.
