The Reds are reportedly willing to sell Elliott for a starting price of £40 million.

Wolverhampton Wanderers (Wolves) are keeping a close eye on Elliott's situation and may use some of the funds raised from the sale of Matheus Cunha to Manchester United to make a bid for the Liverpool midfielder.

Elliott has only made one Premier League start for Liverpool this season.
